How do I book an appointment?
There are a few ways you can book an appointment. You can call our office and book your choice of treatment with our receptionist or you can book online through our website.
What’s the cancelation policy?
We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice in advance to any changes for your appointment. In the event of a no-show or cancelation less than 24 hours in advance, a $100 fee will be charged to your card on file. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you maybe be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting the appointments of other patients.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical spa, we require new patients to fil out brief medical history documents and consent forms.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
As each procedure is different, preparation may vary.
Laser hair removal: We ask that you come shaved before a treatment. It is recommended to shave the day before your appointment.
Facial treatments: We ask that patients arrive without makeup if possible.
What to wear: Depending on the procedure, we suggest that you wear something comfortable. Some treatments may require you to remove clothing and change into a disposable gown, which will be provided by one of our team members.
